Refunds & Exchanges
Our standard return and exchange policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your package. If more than 14 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition it arrived in. It must also be in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for underwear. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit unless stated otherwise.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can use the contact us form to request a return or exchange by clicking the button at the bottom of this page, or the top of the menu. Alternatively, you can email our customer service at info@zenorastudios.com. If you are requesting an exchange, please let us know what you would like to exchange your item for.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of store credit or to your original payment method within 10 business days. If approved for an exchange, we will immediately dispatch your new item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us again.
